Layout Lab — minimal build checklist (DRAFT for review)
Purpose. One tiny page to test the two-canvas mechanism with your duplicate-and-hide method, independent of Home. It answers three questions: (1) is a 480 cap enough for mobile with CSS alone, or is a little JavaScript needed; (2) do parked hidden copies leave dead space; (3) is the 767/768 switch clean. You build it in the editor (about 15 minutes); I don't touch Squarespace.
Where. New page "Layout Lab": not in the navigation, no page password, no page code injection, ordinary text styles, no per-block custom sizes. Delete it when we're done.
